Luxury Seaview Apartments: We are excited to announce the plans for a new unique leisure development at the coast in Tujereng, The Gambia. With a total development area of 13 hectares, it will be the largest leisure project offering apartments with the largest living areas up to date in The Gambia.

The Tujereng Forest and Beach Resort as it is called will feature a luxury hotel with 48 high-standard rooms, as well as forest eco-lodges and state-of-the-art villas and luxury apartments and penthouses. The setting is truly extraordinary, with a natural lake, a forest, and a peaceful beach all nearby.

Located near the beautiful coastal town of Tujereng, our development will provide a luxurious and sustainable vacation experience for visitors to The Gambia. The luxury hotel will offer top-of-the-line amenities and services, including fine dining options, an infinity pool, sea view terraces and sundecks, a gym and a spa. The forest eco-lodges will provide a unique and environmentally friendly option for travellers looking to connect with nature during their stay. The villas and apartments will offer the ultimate in comfort and luxury, with spacious living areas and breathtaking views of the coastal area and lake.

Currently, 96 apartments and 10 luxury villas are projected. The contemporary design which blends into its surroundings and in combination with the unique location, atmosphere and views on offer will have a large appeal to prospective buyers.

The residential apartment complex will feature four identical buildings, each with eight stories. Within each building, there will be a diverse array of apartments: 10 standard one-bedroom, 8 extra-large one-bedroom, 4 two-bedroom, and 2 three-bedroom penthouse units, summing up to 24 apartments in each structure. Additionally, the ground level of each building will be dedicated to stilt parking facilities.
